POSITION SUMMARY

The Student Engagement Center Student Staff position is an integral part of our office. They primarily assist with phone calls, walk-ins, and answer questions pertaining to Student Engagement Center areas of oversight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting staff with miscellaneous tasks
• Picking up items at Print Services/Post Office
• Directing phone calls to the appropriate office staff
• Printing OneCards for students
• Fielding questions pertaining to Housing & Residence Life and Student Activities (clubs, campus activities, housing, meal plans, etc.)
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current HWS undergraduate student
• Not on academic or social probation
• Comfortable speaking with students, faculty and staff
