Hours Per Week:       vary based on the activity calendar and office needs.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Student Activities Event Staff assist with various events and activities hosted by Student Activities and Greek Life including Spirit Games, off-campus trips, large-scale events, etc. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with set-up and break-down of events (putting up tables, organizing activity supplies, giving out swag, greeting students)
• Assist with event idea generation at the end of each semester to create a robust activity calendar for the following semester.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current HWS undergraduate student
• Not on academic or social probation
• Comfortable speaking with students, faculty and staff
• Must be able to travel off-campus within the Geneva area, as we often host events at The Cooler (666 South Exchange St.)
