HWS Forever Co-Chair

Position Title: HWS Forever Co-Chair

Semester/Year: 2025-2026 

Total Positions Available: 2

Supervisor: Dulcie Meyer

Pay rate: $15.50 per hour 

Start Date: September 1, 2025 

End Date: May 15, 2026

Hours per week: 5-8

 

Description

The HWS Forever Class of 2026 Co-Chairs provide leadership for the senior class fundraising and engagement campaign. As a Co-Chair, you will work closely with the Executive Director of Annual and Athletic Giving to plan and execute events and initiatives that encourage your classmates to stay engaged with HWS and give back.

 

This is a high-visibility leadership role that allows you to shape senior year traditions, motivate classmates, and create a strong culture of philanthropy as your class prepares to join the HWS alumni community.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the HWS Forever senior class campaign.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HWS Forever Committee.
  • Identify, recruit, and recognize student volunteers.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Committee, Advancement staff and administration.
  • Organize and lead HWS Forever Committee meetings.
  • Promote and encourage attendance at senior events.
  • Make your own senior class gift to HWS and encourage peers to do the same.
  • Actively solicit classmates for gifts and share the importance of giving back.
  • Speak on behalf of HWS Forever at senior events and represent the campaign as a visible spokesperson.

 

Qualifications

  • Member of the Senior Classes (expected graduation May 2026).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate peers.
  • Strong belief in philanthropy and a willingness to ask others to support HWS.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to share information clearly and constructively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and creative.
  • Able to manage time effectively, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic about building class spirit and legacy.
