Position Title: Hobart Athletics Game Day Student Worker

Semester/Year: 2025-2026 Academic Year 

Total Positions Available: 75+

Supervisor: Peyton Schuck

Pay rate: $15.50 per hour 

Hours per wk: 2-10 hrs- NO guaranteed hours due to inconsistent volume of home events each week

Start Date: August 29, 2025 

End Date:  May 5, 2026

 

POSITION SUMMARY

Help at Hobart Athletics home sporting events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Staff specific Hobart Statesmen home events
  • Multiple roles for each sport
  • Examples: parking attendant, scoreboard operator, public address announcer, ball runner, filmer, goal judge (hockey) and libero tracker

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled student at HWS
  • Available to work afternoons, nights and weekends

 

Additional Comments

  • Hours/week: 2-10 hours/week, but NO guaranteed hours due to inconsistent volume of home events each week
  • Hours: evenings and weekends
  • Could be hired for one very busy weekend, and then not work for a few weeks
