End Date: May 12, 2026

Description

The Office of International Student Success is hiring a social media coordinator!  This is a part-time position for 2-3 hours a week.  

Responsibilities

• Attend office events and take photos/videos 
• Create flyers using Canva Pro 
• Create content related to HWS international students 
• Post regularly on the OISS Instagram account and keep track of posting schedules and deadlines 

Skills

• Basic graphic design  
• Experience with photography and photo/video editing 
• Communicate well in writing 
• Work independently 
• Creative 
• Good organizational skills 
• Project and time management 
• Performance awareness (reach, engagement, clicks, etc) 
• Attention to detail
