Position Title: Computer Science TA

Semester/Year: Fall 2025 

Total Positions Available: 1

Supervisors: Bridger Herman

Pay rate: $15.50 per hour 

Hours per week: 2

Start Date: 9/8/2025 

End Date: 12/12/2025

 

Position Summary

The Mathematics and Computer Science Department seeks experienced Computer Science students to be Teaching Assistants (TA) for introductory courses (CPSC 124 and CPSC 225) for the Fall 2025 semester. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Answering questions about code and computational problem solving
  • Working with the instructor to refine lab materials (e.g., noticing where instructions are unclear)
  • Further opportunities for helping the instructor develop lab materials are available depending on interest.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have completed CPSC 124 and CPSC 225.
