POSITION SUMMARY
The Student Engagement Center manages the majority of posted marketing materials for offices, departments, and student organizations across campus. This student employee will assist with posting, organizing, and maintaining marketing materials on 14 bulletin boards throughout campus, ensuring displays remain current, organized, and visually engaging.
Responsibilities:
- Collect posters for the Poster Route from the Student Engagement Center each Wednesday or Thursday.
- Organize, distribute, and post marketing materials on designated bulletin boards throughout campus.
- Maintain the Poster Route by removing outdated materials and keeping bulletin boards clean, organized, and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Current HWS undergraduate student
- Not on academic or social probation
