IT Services Endpoint Student Technician

 The role of an Endpoint Student Technician within our organization is to work with full time technical staff providing technical support, both in office and in the field, on software and hardware for students, faculty, staff and other constituents of the Colleges. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Creating tickets and assisting with triaging process. • Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software on equipment such as laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, classroom technology, etc. • Researching and developing solutions for complex technical issues. • Creating, updating and/or maintaining technology or service documentation. • Other duties and projects as assigned.
