Enjoy meeting new people? Like to drive? Want to move into your academic year housing early? Then consider becoming part of the International Student Success van team!
We need van drivers to pick up incoming international students from Rochester airport on August 18th and 19th (and possibly later in the week as well). This is a wonderful way to meet new students and be the first person that they meet from HWS when they arrive! Van drivers will be needed at other times during the academic year as well, such as at the end of each semester to drive students to the airport or for out-of-town events.
Responsibilities
- Drive an HWS van.
- Pick up incoming international students from Rochester airport.
- Bring international students to Rochester airport.
- Drive the van at other times in the academic year for special events.
Qualifications
- Good communication and is detailed oriented.
- Is Friendly.
- Must be able to work independently, show initiative and adhere to deadlines.
- Must have a current driver's license and in good standing.
- HWS van-certified (be able to become van certified- which entails a motor vehicle background check and clearance, as well as a van driving test).
